Specifically made for intensive workouts like what you will get when riding hard uphill, the Signature Climber's Jersey will keep the body temperature balanced when it’s hot outside. And the Merino fibers naturally absorb UV radiation, protecting the skin from the damage caused by direct sunlight, especially at higher altitudes. Made from a lightweight Merino bi-component material and lightweight Lycra combined with ultra-lightweight Lycra for the sleeves and side panels. Though all of our Signature Climber’s Jerseys are designed to be worn on all sorts of hot weather rides, we like to name each edition after different climbs that have inspired us over the years. 

Though the Sierra Nevada may not have the same fame as the Alps or Pyrenees, this extraordinary mountain range in southern Spain is close to the hearts of many cyclists since it has acted as the prime location for pro and amateur altitude training camps for decades. The gorgeous climbs, amazing people, and excellent food have kept us coming back year in and out. Once you see the dark brown soil against the brilliant blue sky, it’s an image forever seared into your memory. 

Though our jerseys offer protection from UV rays, we always advise you to wear sun screen protection underneath our jerseys.

    Lovely jerseys

    Typical lovely Isadore wool blend - comfortable in all conditions and neatly sewn with lots of quality details. Compared to the regular Signature jersey in the same size, these seem looser / bigger (not what you'd expect for a "climber" cut) and the rear grip strip seems to struggle slightly with full pockets, probably reflecting the light construction and lower wool content. As with the Signature, sizing information is generally accurate and seems to be "t-shirt size" rather than traditional Italian sizing - at 187cm and 75kg, size M is fitted but not tight, with enough length in the body.

    On my recent trip to Gran Canaria I wore this jersey in "extreme" heat with a merino baselayer. Breathable,cooling when its hot,and insulating when you descending. Unzipped with one hand goes easy with road tilting. Really love the the desing and the sleeves of the jersey.

    Like the design, but the black and white is more like black and light brown/grey, which was a disappointment, so more accurate photos please. Size L fits fine for me 186cm, 76kg. Not very slim/racy, but comfortable. Agree this is not for the hottest days, but good for most summer days here in northern Europe.
